Grace from the Holy Mass keeps blessing... and blessing.... and blessing...

There is so much information to share on the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, that I'm not sure where to begin! Let us start in the Old Testament with the original "Passover" sacrifice, under the "Old Covenant", which was to be offered in "memorial" [Ex. 12:14]. (I'm implying that the "Mass" is the New Covenant "Passover" meal! Just as the author of Hebrews "implies" information to his readers.)
In Biblical terms "memorial" means to "re-enact" or "re-present" or to actually "re-live" the original. We can easily see this in the Scriptures themselves: v. 17b, "therefore you shall observe this day, throughout your generations, as an ordinance forever." Exodus: vv. 26 & 27 go a little more into detail of the "re-enactment". When modern day Jews celebrate the Passover, they actually re-enact what happened in Israel thousands of years ago.
Now, maybe we should jump to the Prophet Malachi. In Mal. 1 we read of an "oracle of the word of the Lord" v. 1. This means that this word contained herein is a "prophetic" word of God. A "vision" into the future. In v. 7b, we see "the Lord's table" mentioned.
St. Paul uses this same term when referencing the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in his First Letter to the Corinthians 10:21b; "You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons." [cf. 1 Cor. 10:16]
Now, drop down to v. 11, "For from the rising of the sun to its setting my name is great among the nations, and in every place incense is offered to my name (this is one reason the Church uses incense), and a pure offering; for my name is great among the nations, says the Lord of hosts." Scripture says; a "pure" offering will be offered continuously. The only "pure" offering that exists is the Sacrifice of Jesus on Calvary, the term "rising of the sun to its setting" means from dawn to dusk everyday - continually - always - forever. The only sacrifice that can meet this demand is the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Done in "memorial" "Do this in remembrance of me." [1 Cor. 11:24b] Offered in every Catholic Church throughout the world, in every time zone, on every continent, in every language until the consummation of the world! In perpetuity!
