When God wants us to know His Will He gives us the Gift of "Wisdom".
[John 16:13] "...the Spirit will guide you into all truth...".

The Gift of Wisdom helps us reflect on the Mysteries of the Kingdom of God for our own growth in Holiness. This Gift gives us a clarity of the Mysteries hidden from all ages! "...so that we may approve what is excellent, and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ."
[Phillipians 1:9]
Wisdom: Is the knowledge of God. [Proverbs 9:10]

Wisdom and Knowledge go hand in hand, helping us to make the best choices in our relationship with God and His people.

The Gift of Knowledge helps us to make practical everyday decisions, Knowledge helps you to see the path to follow and the hidden dangers to your faith.

While The Gift of Wisdom helps us to make decisions about situations that we can only speculate about, ...in other words, ...even after we gather all the information about a particular problem; there are still some things we just can not know.

And Wisdom helps us value the Gifts God constantly gives to us.

Understanding: Enables us to grasp the Truths of Religion.
Shows us how to handle each situation in life according to the Gospel.

Counsel (Right Judgment): Helps us see and correctly choose the best practical approach in serving God.

Piety: Piety fills us with confidence in God and moves us to worship God who is the Father of all, and also to do good to others out of reverence for God.

Fortitude (Courage): Strengthens a persons resolve in overcoming obstacles to living the Faith. Helps you to do good even when this demands suffering, pain or great effort. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit it prevents us from giving into temptations and thereby helps us to live the Christian life.

Fear of the Lord (Wonder & Awe in God's Presence): Makes a person very aware of God's sovereignty and the respect due Him and His Laws....
It doesn't mean that we need to be terrified of God!
Fear of the Lord is our experience that God is completely Holy,...Fear of the Lord is our knowledge that all Holiness flows from Him alone.
It is our knowledge that God is totally incomprehensible,... almighty,... all-powerful,......
all-knowing and absolutely majestic!
This experience of God leads us to hate sin,... especially because we realize how offensive sin is to God's perfect Love,... justice and ..care for us!
The experience leads us to a deeper and more meaningful praise and worship of God!
In other words "Fear of the Lord" is both Worship & Knowledge. Not terror!
